Enjoy paradise in this 3 BR, 2 BA sun-drenched home located in a quiet area in Indian Wells. This beautiful single family home is an architectural gem, and tastefully remodeled and furnished. It also features a patio with BBQ, a pool with huge common area. Think about it -- wouldn't you rather have your own quiet retreat to do whatever you want, when you want, with whom you want, than a hotel or condo?
Available for 3 day weekend ($525 - $900), weekly ($1150-$2000) and monthly rentals ($3000-$5000) depending on time of year and holidays. For safety reasons all children under 16 and all non-swimmers must be supervised at all times in or around the pool. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. THERE IS A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL.
Security Deposit: $150
A security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your security deposit check will be cashed. On the day of your departure, the home will be inspected. As long as the home has not been damaged and no household items are missing, your security deposit will be promptly refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to you arrival date with no penalty. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your security deposit may be forfeited unless the property is subsequently rented for the dates you had reserved. If the home is rented for the dates you had reserved, your security deposit will be refunded in full.
Key Pickup:
You will pick up and drop off your key at the ABC Reality. Their office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. If you are unable to pick up or drop off your key during these hours, please call ABC Realty at xxx-xxx-xxxx to make alternate arrangements.

The telephones in the house can be used for local calls and toll free calls only. There are no features like call return or call waiting on the phone. The phone number at the house is (xxx) xxx-xxxx. There are no restrictions on incoming calls.
The phone has a feature which allows you to enter a credit card number to bill long distance calls to. We recommend that you do not use this feature, as the rate that you are charged is very high. The most economical way to make long distance calls is with a prepaid phone card, or other calling card that connects you directly with another phone service provider via an 800 number.
